ADHD Meetup

If you live in the Triangle of North Carolina (Durham-Raleigh-Chapel Hill), Linda facilitates a large support group organized through Meetup.com

The group is mixed men and women and very supportive and welcoming.

There are two meetings each month, one at GardenSpirit Guesthouse in Durham and one in north Raleigh, usually hosted by ADDiva and Assistant Organizer, Mary Fulton.

There is also a brand new Meetup in the Triad of North Carolina, organized by ADDiva Maggie Fowler

To join an ADHD Support Group in your area, check the Meetup.com site.

If there is no meeting near you, consider starting one yourself! There is SUCH a need for ADHD Adult Support groups that we literally cannot have too many of them! We plan to expand the meetings in the Triangle to three or four each month since the area is so geographically widespread.

There is now an ADHD Organizers Meetup to exchange good ideas and tips on creating successful meetings, so you're not alone. Linda will add her support to your new Meetup, too.
