You provide very practical ways of thinking about things, yet you do not limit me in what I need to process... I always leave you feeling very loved.

What’s an ADDiva?

General Information

• Do you love to begin new projects but never quite get around to finishing them?
• Are you "time challenged" arriving at appointments late or (occasionally) far too early?
• Do you begin a sentence with something really important to say and then forget the topic entirely?
• Are you always in a hurry? Or, conversely, do people urge you to hurry up?
• Do you wake up every morning with a reeeally long to-do list but by the end of the day the list is even longer?

If so, you may be an ADDiva (pronouced A-Dee-Deeva) — that's a woman with ADD-ed excitement. And some ADDitional challenges as well.

And you've (finally) found a place (here) where you can be fully YOU in all your glory!

You don't have to worry about saying the wrong thing at the wrong time or showing up late. We're all ADD or ADHD here. It's a safe space where women like you can share conversation , stay up-to-date on women's ADD research, ask an ADDiva question about ADD (or anything else that crosses your mind) and find coaching support.

There are several ADDiva events planned for 2007 including an ADDiva weekend retreat at GardenSpirit (imagine spending a weekend with women who LITERALLY are like minded!). Some workshops will be held online -Saturday or Sunday - and there will soon be a series of ADDiva teleclasses as well as the first ADDiva coaching support group!

If you're an ADDiva (find out by taking the ADDiva Assessment) , you're not the only one affected - your family, friends, co-workers, volunteers are touched by your ADD-ish tendencies, too. The ADDiva Network will also address those issues. And to kick off the line-up, there's an ADD Couples Retreat slated for late October. Victor and Linda Roggli will facilitate this Friday night - Sunday afternoon retreat in North Carolina for couples with at least one partner with ADD or ADHD (the terms are used interchangeably here).
